Do treatments and prepayments roll?
Treatments and prepayments do not roll and are not transferable.
When does the membership expire?
Membership expires after one calendar year unless it’s renewed.
Who can use my membership discounts and complementary treatments?
Platinum Membership discounts and complementary treatments are valid for you, the purchasing individual, only.
Who will provide my treatments?
Treatments are provided by our highly trained nurse injectors and licensed estheticians.

Is the membership refundable?
The Platinum Membership fee is non-refundable.
Can I combine special offers?
The Platinum Membership discounts cannot be combined or used for double discounts. Exception: Alle Points.
