Lacey, BSN, RN
Clinic Director, Nurse Injector
Lacey’s journey in healthcare began 18 years ago with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Western Michigan University. She has continually pursued opportunities for growth and development, culminating in her recent appointment as Clinical Director here at Criswell and Criswell Plastic Surgery.
Prior to joining Criswell and Criswell, Lacey served as the Surgical Director at a prominent Plastic Surgery Center in Grand Rapids, MI, where she honed her skills in both clinical care and administrative leadership over a 14-year period. The last year, she has continued these skills as the Clinical Lead RN at Greater Charlotte Oral and Facial Surgery.

Jessica, RN, BSN
Registered Nurse, MedSpa Director
Raised in South Carolina, Jessica graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Lenoir-Rhyne University while playing collegiate soccer. She lives in Uptown Charlotte and enjoys staying active with pilates and exploring local coffee shops and restaurants in the city.
Jessica has been a clinical nurse and nurse injector with our practice since 2019. As the Med Spa Coordinator, she combines her clinical expertise with a personalized approach. She combines her love of patient care with a creative flare, ensuring each patient feels supported, educated, and confident throughout their treatment journey. With a strong foundation in operative room nursing, she has worked extensively in trauma, head and neck surgery, and plastic surgery — experience that gives her a deep understanding of anatomy, patient safety, and aesthetic outcomes.

Stefanie, LE
Licensed Esthetician, Master Esthetician, Regenerative Aesthetic Specialist
Stefanie became a Medical Esthetician in 2004. She has worked alongside Plastic Surgeons and Dermatologists in New York. She came to Charlotte in 2015 with her husband and twin daughters. Stefanie gave her first facial to her babysitter when she was just four years old and has loved skincare ever since. Her favorite treatments include dermaplaning and Photo-rejuvenation.
Stefanie specializes in Advanced Skin Care, Lasers, Hair Restoration, Facials and Peels.
