Carol, RN, BSN, CPSN

Practice Director, Quality Assurance Officer

Originally from the mountains of North Carolina, Carol graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Finding that she loved caring for patients who were going through positive, life changing experiences, Carol quickly found a home in plastic surgery. After several years of working directly with patients in the clinical setting, Carol transitioned from direct patient care to overseeing all details of the company and now serves as the Practice Director, ensuring each patient’s experience is exceptional. Carol’s true passion is Criswell & Criswell’s dedication to each patient’s safety, quality of care and exceptional results. Because of Carol’s incredible attention to detail, she is well suited as our surgery center’s Quality Control Officer, making sure our facility maintains the highest standards.

Patty

Patient Care Coordinator

Patty helps coordinate the surgical experience for many of our cosmetic patients. “I love working with patients and helping them feel comfortable, from the beginning of the process through their recovery.” Patients immediately feel at ease with her because she is attentive, caring and thorough. Understanding that each patient is unique, Patty is dedicated to providing them a special, personalized experience. Patty possesses a genuine understanding of art and beauty, and this combined with her background in client relations has prepared her well for providing the concierge-level care she provides our patients.

McKenzie

Assistant Patient Care Coordinator

Born and raised in Charlotte North Carolina, McKenzie brings with her a background in fashion and marketing working with both national and international brands. She leverages her creativity and communication skills to enhance the patient experience with personalized, detail-oriented care for each patient that walks through our doors.

Kelli

Patient Concierge

Kelli has been in the Medical Spa field for over four years now and is excited to now add Plastic Surgery too! She came to Charlotte as a little girl and has always enjoyed being a social butterfly and helpful to people whether they are strangers or her best friend. She thrives to make all of the patients that walk in and out the door feel validated and comfortable whether they are here for a purchase of skincare or a life-changing surgery.

Autumn

Patient Concierge

Originally from Central Florida, Autumn moved to the Charlotte area in 2017. She has specialized in administration and patient care for over 5 years. She is pursuing her passion in Esthetics and is currently in school to earn her license.

Lacey, BSN, RN

Clinic Director, Nurse Injector

Lacey’s journey in healthcare began 18 years ago with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Western Michigan University. She has continually pursued opportunities for growth and development, culminating in her recent appointment as Clinical Director here at Criswell and Criswell Plastic Surgery.

Prior to joining Criswell and Criswell, Lacey served as the Surgical Director at a prominent Plastic Surgery Center in Grand Rapids, MI, where she honed her skills in both clinical care and administrative leadership over a 14-year period. The last year she has continued these skills as the Clinical Lead RN at Greater Charlotte Oral and Facial Surgery.

Beyond her professional pursuits, she is a devoted wife to husband Ben and a proud mother to three wonderful children – Ella, Bennett, and Celia – as well as goldendoodle, Odin. Together, they reside in Waxhaw, NC, where she finds joy in supporting her children's sports, practicing yoga, hiking, exploring new destinations through travel, reading, and hosting gatherings to connect with friends and family.

Kaitlyn, BSN, RN

Nurse Injector

Kaitlyn was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. She graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia with a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences. While attending college, she worked on a surgical unit as a patient care technician where she found her love for patient care and decided to pursue a career in nursing. She continued her education at Goldfarb School of Nursing in St. Louis, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. After finishing school, Kaitlyn moved to Charlotte where she has been working as a registered nurse. She is passionate about creating a relaxing, inviting atmosphere for patients so they are able to receive the best care possible.

Joye, RN

Nurse Injector

Originally from Texas, Joye received her nursing degree in Charlotte. While she has worked in several areas of nursing, she has found that surgical nursing is her true passion. Joye loves caring for patients from the start of their journey to the very end. Her joyful yet calm spirit makes patients feel at ease whether it's in the office or recovery suite.

Jessica, RN, BSN

Nurse Injector

Raised in South Carolina, Jessica graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Lenoir Rhyne University while playing collegiate soccer. With a background in medical-surgical nursing and orthopedic surgery, Jessica is excited to work in the field of plastics that combines her love of patient care with a creative flare. Jessica’s passion for plastics stems from her personal belief that it is every patient’s right to look and feel their best in any capacity. Jessica enjoys empowering patients on their journey.

Stefanie, LE

Licensed Esthetician, Master Esthetician

Stefanie became a Medical Esthetician in 2004. She has worked alongside Plastic Surgeons and Dermatologists in New York. She came to Charlotte in 2015 with her husband and twin daughters. Stefanie gave her first facial to her babysitter when she was just four years old and has loved skincare ever since. Her favorite treatments include dermaplaning and Photo-rejuvenation.

Kara, BSN, RN

Registered Nurse

Raised in Charlotte, NC, Kara earned her bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of North Carolina Wilmington. After discovering her passion for nursing, she pursued and obtained an associate’s degree in nursing from SPCC. Kara began her nursing career in labor and delivery, where she developed a deep love for supporting patients through life-changing transitions. This experience seamlessly translated into her work in plastic surgery, where she remains dedicated to ensuring that patients feel informed, involved, and supported throughout every step of their care. Committed to helping patients look and feel their best, Kara provides consistent encouragement and personalized support. Whether in the operating room, pre-op/PACU area, or consulting with pre- and post-operative patients in the office, Kara is always focused on delivering exceptional care.
