Part 1: Debra asks the surgeons about their recent discussion panel at the Buddy Kemp Cancer Support Center, in Charlotte. They discuss the meeting called "Guy Talk", a support program for men who have women in their lives with breast cancer. Leading the discussion were a general surgeon, an oncologist, a psychologist, and Dr. Bryan Criswell, the plastic surgeon. The panel spoke to and reached out to men who have a woman in their life who is dealing with breast cancer. Debra points out that Dr. Bryan and Kara Criswell are in fact two of very few plastic surgeons who treat breast cancer patients.
Part 2: Debra asks Dr. Bryan Criswell for tips on looking our best. Dr. Criswell responds by telling Debra the most important things we can all do to look out best is to live a healthy life, eat well, and exercise. The second tip is Cosmetic Surgery. A viewer question addresses about the problem of gynecomastia, or "man boobs" and what the surgeons can do to fix the problem.

Part 2: Debra asks Dr. Bryan Criswell talk about the latest advances in Plastic Surgery. They discuss injectables like Botox and soft tissue fillers, such as Juvederm and Radiesse. Dr. Criswell talks about how they have revolutionized plastic surgery by augmenting traditional facial cosmetic procedures, by prolonging the need for surgery, and by addressing the needs of patients who may need a touch up from a previous surgery. Debra asks Dr. Kara Criswell about the most popular plastic surgery procedure, Liposuction.
